2. What is this announcement for?
We collect necessary personal data from our customers, potential customers, partners, people who want to hear about our news, and job applicants. We collect this data so that we can, for example, organize regional product demonstrations (demos), send newsletters to our subscribers, and process questions, maintenance or other requests, and job applications sent to us through our websites. We also use analytics on our website to learn more about how it is used and how we can improve our site. Recruitment candidates:

We will only use this information to process your application and communicate with you during the recruitment process. We will not share your information with anyone else unless expressly required by applicable laws or government requests.
Customers, partners and other contact information:
Are you a current or potential future Arctic Rides customer, have you subscribed to our newsletter, requested a contact, or wanted to hear more about demos? In order to stay in touch with you, we collect and process the following information:

We receive this information when you send us contact requests (e.g., Book a Demo form), we receive the information from a reliable public source, such as public business databases, or in connection with our services or transactions with us (e.g., contact information so that we can communicate with you about our existing customer relationship).

Managing the business relationship between you and Arctic Rides
To process requests sent to us, to provide our products and services, and to pursue Arctic Rides' legitimate interests related to these requests and services.
To promote our products and services, communicate with you and arrange demos.

Your information will not be shared with parties outside of Arctic Rides unless expressly required by applicable laws or authorities. 7. How long do we keep your information?
Job seekers: We will retain information collected during the application process for two years from the last time we contacted you. If you wish, we may retain your information for longer so that we can contact you about future opportunities.
Our customers, new business requests and newsletters: We only retain data for as long as it is necessary for that purpose. As this period depends on the individual case, we regularly review the necessity of our data and delete the data when it is no longer needed.
8. What rights do you have?
You have the right to request access to, erasure and correction of your personal data held and processed by Arctic Rides, and to send us other requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g. to request restriction of processing). In addition, you always have the right to prohibit us from sending you newsletters or other marketing messages by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button in the e-mails. 9. How do we protect your information?
We keep all personal information we collect confidential. Arctic Rides and its partners' networks and equipment are secured using appropriate measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, transfer or other unlawful processing.
We may outsource the processing of personal data to external service providers. In such cases, we will enter into appropriate agreements with the service providers to ensure that your personal data is processed confidentially and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
